Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions cover your use of JuicyBet (juicybet.co) and any account you hold with Juicybet Pty Ltd. Register or place a wager and you accept them in full.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
1. Who we are
JuicyBet is a registered business name of Juicybet Pty Ltd (ABN 62 668 408 400). Juicybet Pty Ltd holds Sports Bookmaker Licence No. VIC-SBO-2021-0417, issued by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), and every wagering contract you enter is formed with Juicybet Pty Ltd in Victoria, Australia.
2. Eligibility
To hold an account you must be 18 or older, register in your own legal name, and be physically present somewhere that online wagering with an Australian-licensed operator is legal. We check your age and identity before your first bet, as the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) and the National Consumer Protection Framework require, and we can ask for documents again at any time. You also confirm you are not currently listed on BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register. If you are, we cannot open or run an account for you.
3. Your account
One account per person. Keep your login details secure; everything done through your account is your responsibility. Email support@juicybet.co at once if you suspect someone else has accessed it. We may suspend an account while we investigate suspected fraud, collusion, duplicate accounts or any breach of these Terms.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
We take debit cards, PayID and bank transfer only. Credit cards are not accepted for gambling, in line with the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Credit and Other Measures) Act 2023 (Cth). The minimum deposit and withdrawal is $10, and we pay withdrawals only to a verified payment method in your own name. Deposits and withdrawals are free. Once your identity is verified we process a withdrawal within one business day; your bank may then take another one to three. We are not a bank and pay no interest on your balance.
5. Bets & pricing
A bet counts as accepted only once it shows in your settled bet history with a confirmation. Before that point we may decline or limit any bet at our discretion. Odds are decimal, so your potential return is your stake times the odds: $10 at 2.50 returns $25, stake included. Prices move at any time until a bet is accepted. You cannot place online in-play (live) bets on non-racing sport; the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits it.
6. Settlement
Markets settle on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. If that result is later amended, your bet stands on whatever the result was at the moment we settled it. Our Betting Rules set out the full market rules.
6A. Void bets and palpable errors
We may void a bet and return your stake where any of these applies: the event is postponed or abandoned and not finished within 48 hours, unless a market rule says otherwise; there is a palpable error in the price, the entry or how the market was built; a runner in a racing market does not start, in which case rule 4 deductions may apply; or integrity is clearly compromised, for instance by suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing. Once we accept a bet you cannot cancel or edit it, so check your slip before you confirm.
6B. Multis and Same Game Multi
In a standard multi (parlay), a void leg drops out and the multi recalculates as if you had never selected it. In a Same Game Multi, related contingencies may be restricted, and a voided leg re-prices the whole bet. We show the maximum legs and combinations as you build it.
6C. Maximum payout
We cap the maximum payout per customer at AUD 500,000 per day across all markets. Where a bet would return more, we limit the payout to that figure.
7. Responsible gambling
Safer gambling matters to us. At any time you can set deposit limits, pause your deposits, or self-exclude. See Responsible Gambling and the national BetStop register. 7A. Anti-money laundering & financial crime
We follow the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) to the letter. We refuse service and will not accept funds that are the proceeds of crime, that come from people or entities on terrorism or sanctions lists (AUSTRAC, UN, USA, EU, Australia), or that arrive as “structured” deposits meant to slip under reporting thresholds. We verify source of funds, run accounts against sanctions databases, watch transactions, and block or close any account where we find a breach, reporting our suspicions to AUSTRAC. The detail sits on our AML/CTF, KYC & Source of Funds page. Suspect money laundering or the financing of crime? Email support@juicybet.co at once.
8. Liability
So far as the law allows, Juicybet Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8A. No guarantees
We promise no particular outcome, return or win. The results, form, statistics and other information we show are there for general interest, not as advice or a forecast. Gambling carries risk, and you may lose more than you win.
8B. Refusal and limits
We may refuse, suspend or limit any bet, account or market at our discretion: to manage risk, to comply with the law, to protect integrity, or in response to signs of gambling harm.
8C. Tax
Any tax on your winnings is your responsibility, under the law of wherever you live. We do not give tax advice.
9. Changes & governing law
We may revise these Terms, and we post material changes on juicybet.co. The laws of Victoria, Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia govern them.
9A. Inactivity
Should your account sit inactive for 12 months, with no bet, deposit, withdrawal or successful login, we may contact you and handle any remaining balance under the applicable unclaimed-money law.
9B. Severability and entire agreement
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. Together with our Betting Rules and Privacy Policy, these Terms make up the whole agreement between you and Juicybet Pty Ltd.
